MCA21 is an e-Governance initiative launched by the Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA) ,Government of India. It aims to offer convenient and secure access to MCA services for corporate entities, professionals, and citizens across India. The MCA21 application automates the enforcement and ensures compliance with the legal requirements specified in the Companies Act, 2013, and the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.
The application comprehensively encompasses all processes related to the Companies Act ,1956, the Companies Act, 2013, and the Limited Liability Partnership Act, ensuring proactive adherence to statutory obligations. It acts as a unified platform for all MCA-related services, accessible over the Internet to corporate entities, professionals, and citizens.
Register New Business User Account on MCA V3
Step 1:
Click on Sign up / Sign in
Step 2:
Click on Register Button
Step 3:
Select Business User under User Category and Select Director/Designated Partner under User Role
Step 4:
Fill up PAN and DIN of the Director/Designated Partner
Step 5:
Fill up all the details required on the Next Screen.
Step 6:
Some details will be autofilled and click on Next
Step 7:
Select Password
Step 8:
Fill up OTP and Submit
Please follow below steps to create a new account under Business User category for Director.
Visit the MCA 21-V3 Portal
To initiate the registration process, visit the official MCA 21-V3 portal. You can access the portal by typing “MCA 21-V3 Portal” in your preferred search engine or by directly entering the URL into your web browser.
Click on Sign up / Sign in
To access the MCA website ,kindly Navigate to the official MCA Website and locate the “Sign In/Sign Up” option and click
Click on Register button
Once you have accessed the MCA 21-V3 portal, locate the “User Registration” button on the homepage and click on it. This will direct you to the registration page.
Select Business User under User Category and Select Director/Designated Partner under User Role
On the registration page ,you will be prompted to select your user type from the available options. Choose the appropriate user type based on your role and requirements. The MCA 21-V3 portal caters to various user types, such as individual users ,professionals ,and corporate entities.
Fill up PAN and DIN of the Director/Designated Partner for whom you want to register DSC and click on Next
Once you have accessed the MCA 21-V3 portal, locate the “User Registration” button on the homepage and click on it. This will direct you to the registration page.
Fill up all the details required on the Next Screen.
After selecting your user type ,you will be presented with a registration form. Fill in all the required details accurately. Make sure to provide valid contact information ,including your email address and mobile number.
Select Password (for login purpose) and fill up other details as required and click on Create my Account.
Once you have filled in the necessary details, proceed to set your user ID and password. Choose a unique user ID that is easy to remember but not easily guessable. Create a strong password by combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
OTPs will send to Mobile Number and Email Id. Please fill up both OTPs and click on Submit.
After submitting your registration form, the MCA 21-V3 portal will initiate a verification process. You may receive an email or SMS with a verification link or code. Follow the instructions provided to verify your account and confirm your registration.
This completes the Process for creating Account on MCA V3 portal.
